Luxury holiday cottage in Touffailles, Tarn-et-Garonne (Occitanie)

What does the rental of the estate include?

The rental includes exclusive use of the entire property , all 11 bedrooms with private bathrooms , living areas, outdoor spaces, swimming pool (seasonal), games and leisure equipment on site. Heating, wood and gas for the BBQ are also included.

What is not included in the price?

A €500 security deposit is required upon arrival.
Not included: a contribution to the electric car charging station, the jacuzzi , meals , breakfast , catering , and any optional services.

What are the arrival and departure times?

July / August: Arrival Saturday from 4pm Departure : Saturday by 10am strict.

Weekend: Arrival at 2 pm on Friday

Departure on Sunday evening (no set time). Adjustments may be possible depending on availability, upon prior request.

How do I book and pay for my stay?

A 25% deposit is required upon booking and must be paid by bank transfer. The IBAN will be provided in your booking documents. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

What is the distance to the nearest airport or train station?

Toulouse International Airport: 1 hour or 94 km.

Bordeaux Airport: 2 hours or 198 km.

Agen TGV station: 40 minutes or 46 km.

Nearest train station Moissac: 20 minutes or 28 km.

Is there an electric car charging station?

Yes, we have a charging station with fast charging.

Will I receive practical information before my stay?

Yes: 1 month before your arrival you will receive a list with all the equipment available on site (kitchen, logistics, etc.)

Is the swimming pool accessible all year round?
 

The swimming pool is secured with a fence for children and is generally open from mid-April to mid-October , depending on weather conditions.

Is the jacuzzi included?
 

The jacuzzi is available as an optional extra , upon reservation, at a rate of €70 per day . It is reserved for adults. Towels are provided for rental.

Are bed linens and household linens provided?

Yes, sheets and beds are made upon arrival, towels and household linen are provided for your stay.

Are there any baby equipment available?

Yes, we have high chairs, booster seats, baby beds, playpen, many indoor and outdoor toys, specific tableware, bottle warmer.

Is cleaning included?

End-of-stay cleaning is included. Please leave the property in a reasonable condition (dishes washed, barbecue and fire pit cleaned, rubbish taken out).

Do you offer on-site services (meals, activities)?

Yes, with advance booking: breakfast, meals, chef or caterer, massages, escape games in Lauzerte, yoga and Pilates . Organized on request, especially during peak season or public holidays.

Does the property allow pets?
 

Pets are allowed with the prior agreement of the owner .

Is the venue suitable for events?
 

Yes, Las Razes is suitable for private and professional events , respecting the venue, the neighborhood and the conditions defined during booking.
