 Located less than an hour from Toulouse and 45 minutes from Montauban and Agen , on the edge of a body of water formed at the confluence of the Tarn and the Garonne, in Saint Nicolas de la Grave, the base of Tarn and Garonne leisure activities are located on an exceptional natural site of 29 hectares, dedicated to discovery, relaxation and play . Promoting access to leisure and sport for all, the Departmental Council of Tarn-et-Garonne, owner of the base, has made this place a 100% natural tourism destination , with a sporting, fun and educational vocation. In a preserved and green setting, you will have the pleasure of practicing numerous outdoor activities, with family or friends . Equipped with group reception structures, collective accommodation and collective campsite, the leisure center also welcomes schools, leisure centers, sports groups and other associations , for the day or for stays. The 400 hectare body of water, one of the largest in Occitanie, sheltering one of the largest ornithological reserves in France, also offers the opportunity to introduce you to numerous nautical disciplines , such as canoeing, pedal boat, sailing, rowing. For those who prefer to keep their feet on the ground, there is no shortage of options: stroll along the hiking trails , observe birds on the ornithological site , enjoy the quiet fishing spots, before cycling to the banks of the Canal des Deux Mers to cycle in the shade of century-old plane trees on the greenway bike. The leisure center also has a fitted out motorhome area as well as a 2-star campsite labeled ""Accueil Vélo"" and ""Hébergement Pêche"".

Des ossements de castors et d'ours, de rennes et de buffles datant de près de 20 000 ans : ces grottes ont réservé bien des surprises. Aujourd'hui, on en parcourt une succession de 7 salles creusées dans le calcaire gris typique de la région. Stalagmites, colonnes, draperies, le spectacle est vraiment beau. En prime, à côté, un mini-golf permettra de se réchauffer !

Our association allows the reception of groups: colos, leisure center holiday center , schools with day trips, discovery classes, weekends organized for associations, sports clubs, establishment committees, seminars, team building… We can accommodate you on various sites: campsites, lodges, hotels, bed and breakfasts… We guide you in the realization of your outing or stays, we organize various activities according to your request and your objectives. Descents in canoe-kayak, free or with instructors, Climbing, Caving, Mountain biking, Rollerblading, Archery, course or Orienteering course… We also visit different sites and discover our heritage in a fun way. Our activities take place between 9.30 a.m. and 12 p.m. in the morning, 1.30 p.m. to 4 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. in the afternoon. Our schedules are adaptable according to the attendance and the availability of our instructors. Specialist in Outdoor Activities, we will make you discover our Experiences and all of our activities while limiting our impact on the environment , indeed all our activities are a privileged support for discovering the environment while preserving it in order to limit our impact and thus promote sustainable activities.
