Las Razes is a large charming gîte **** for groups. It is a large property of 2.6 Ha in the South West of France with a panoramic view of the valley. Ideal place for holidays with friends , family or to celebrate events. Have a retirement, a birthday , a cousin, a wedding ....

Las Razes lies just outside the charming village of Touffailles in Tarn et Garonne Between the medieval villages of Montaigu de Quercy and Lauzerte, the region called Quercy Blanc.

Only 2 hours from Bordeaux, 1 hour from Toulouse, 40 minutes from Montauban, 40 minutes from Cahors, 40 minutes from Agen.

The property is made up of 11 bedrooms / 10 bathrooms, ideal combined capacity of 25 people.(possibility of adding folding or baby beds) Beautifully decorated combining the charm of the old and modernity for your comfort.

450 m2 interior just for you with:

- The magnificent reception room of 145 m2, very spacious with 2 large tables for eating together, 2 lounge areas with fireplace, TV area with large screen, billiards, table football, darts , etc.

- Fully equipped 30 m2 kitchen perfect for organizing group meals.

- The distribution of the rooms: 6 double bedrooms with large 160 cm bed, 3 bedrooms with 90 cm twin beds, 1 family room with a large 160 cm bed and a bunk bed ideal for families and a bedroom with 3 90 cm single beds. some rooms are communicating, very practical for couples with children.

-A large secure swimming pool of 12 x 5 m accompanied by its shaded beach with deckchairs for you to relax.

Las Razes welcomes you almost all year round with a minimum of 2 nights for groups.

The weekendto take full advantage arrival on Friday from 2 p.m. and departure Sunday evening.

In July and August weekly rental from Saturday 4 p.m. to the following Saturday 10 a.m.

Bed and breakfast only during the week from September to June.
