Usually our bookings are made at least a year in advance. If we find a renter for your cancelled holiday – we will of course ensure the appropriate refund. We will make every effort to do this.
Deposits paid for Le Cottage remain refundable up to 6 months prior to travel only. Deposits after this time and balance payments once paid remain un-refundable unless we are able to re-let.
You should ensure adequate holiday insurance from the time of booking your holiday.

For bookings for Le Cottage the damage deposit required is 100 Euro/GBP per bedroom booked. This will be returned to you in full or in part on your return home.
