POOL

Sitting on its own sheltered terrace overlooking fields and woods - this swimming pool. with its soft interior corner steps, makes a perfect centerpiece for your vacation. Salt Treatment System means - No more red eyes! The water stays silky soft and doesn't damage your hair or skin like you might find with a chlorine pool.

The swimming pool is open (usually) mid-April to mid-October. Whether you fancy a full day of relaxation on the pool deck or a quick dip after sightseeing, you'll find that it's quickly becoming a favorite spot. Sun loungers are available around the pool.

SPA

Jacuzzi 5 people. Numerous powerful jets with sitting or lying positions (reserved for adults) €70/day

MTB bikes

We have bikes of all sizes for young and old that guests are welcome to use to explore the area.

Soccer

On one of the lawns there is a set of goal posts for those who need to keep their shooting skills practiced.

Chess

There is an oversized chess set set up on one of the terraces which is proving extremely popular with our guests.

Table tennis

A ping-pong table is installed in the garden for the inevitable family challenges.

Dominoes

Perfect for lazy afternoons - 'oversized' dominoes outside play on the grass or patio.

Badminton

You will find a badminton net and rackets on our playground to continue the competitions.

We have a long path in the shade perfect for playing. pétanque balls are available on site.

Skydiving

7 minutes from us there is a Skydiving School. You can go there to see the professionals jump but also take the opportunity why not to treat yourself to a Jump: a guaranteed sensation. here is the link The setting is very nice you can eat and have a drink on the terrace while observing the Jumps.

Nautical base in Montaigu de Quercy

10 minutes from Las Razes, the beautiful Montaigu lake with its leisure center (in summer only) you can practice paddle canoes and kayaks… here is the link

Electric scooters

Fishing

In the village there is a beautiful fishing pond. Fishing licenses are available from the bakers located right next to the pond.

Tennis

There is a tennis court at the village and guests are welcome to use it free of charge. You will also find a children's play park. Don't forget your equipment.

In the main living space you will find a 3/4 size pool table.
