Nestled on a sprawling 2.6-hectare property, Las Razes offers breathtaking panoramic views of the valley, making it the perfect getaway for an unforgettable vacation with friends, family , or to celebrate special events. Whether for a retreat, seminar, birthday, family reunion, or even a wedding, our cottage is designed to meet all your needs.

Ideal Location:

Located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Touffailles in the Tarn-et-Garonne region, Las Razes is nestled between the charming medieval villages of Montaigu de Quercy and Lauzerte, in the heart of the Quercy Blanc region. With easy access from Bordeaux (2 hours), Toulouse (1 hour), Montauban (40 minutes), Cahors (40 minutes), and Agen (40 minutes), you can enjoy a tranquil setting while remaining close to local attractions.

Comfort and Capacity

Las Razes can accommodate20 to 28 people with its 11 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Our base rate is designed for 20 people, with the possibility of adding additional beds (11th bedroom, folding beds or baby beds) according to your needs.

The cottage combines old-world charm with modernity, for optimal comfort. With 450 m² of interior space, you will find:

• A spacious 145 m² reception room : Perfect for convivial meals, it includes two large tables, two lounge areas with fireplaces, a TV area with a large screen, a pool table, table football and darts.
• A fully equipped 30 m² kitchen : Ideal for preparing group meals.

Comfortable and private rooms for each guest.

• 6 double bedrooms with king-size beds (160 cm)
• 3 bedrooms with twin beds (90 cm)
• 1 family room with a king-size bed and a bunk bed, perfect for families
• 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90 cm)

Some rooms are interconnecting, practical for couples with children.

Outdoor Spaces and Activities

Enjoy our large, secure 12 x 5 m swimming pool, surrounded by a shaded beach with deckchairs, and a jacuzzi (5 people, optional) for moments of relaxation.

Our cottage also has:

• 6 terraces with varied atmospheres for your meals or to admire the panoramic view
• A lawned area for outdoor play with equipment for football, pétanque, giant chess, badminton, ping-pong, as well as swings and hammocks under the trees
• A tennis court located 3 km away, with free access
• More than 30 bikes of different sizes at your disposal to explore the region.

Availability and Prices

Las Razes welcomes you almost all year round with a two-night minimum for groups.

For weekends, we suggest you arrive on Friday from 2 p.m. (or in the morning depending on availability) and leave the premises on Sunday evening.

In July and August, we offer weekly rentals, from Saturday at 4 p.m. to the following Saturday at 10 a.m.

During the week, from September to June, we offer bed and breakfast accommodation.

Included in your price: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, household products and heating.

Tourist taxes extra: €1.44/day/person

Meals (breakfast and dinner) can be booked upon request.
