If you're looking for somewhere special for your holiday in South West France then please take a closer look at Las Razes.  Especially if you're looking for somewhere for a family gathering/party or reunion.  We host many celebrations each year.

Las Razes lies just outside of the lovely village of Touffailles and was created from an old farmstead nestled above a quite rural valley.  Las Razes offers holiday accommodation suitable for many different types of holidays.

There are two main properties used for holidays, La Grange and the smaller Le Cottage. They can be rented together or some of the bedrooms from Le Cottage (which can open towards La Grange also) can increase the space for a large group. Or, Le Cottage can be a separate, private little holiday spot on its own. The pool is located with La Grange and is only available to people staying there - except when the cottage is booked as a 3 bedroom property and La Grange is not to be let. So, mainly out of the main season!

La Grange is a great location for a large family holidays - sleeping up to 22 people (max 20 adults) - also two cots available for the under 2s.  We offer between 6 and 10 (using the cottage) en-suite bedrooms - some ideal for families.

The thing that sets La Grange apart is that, whatever the weather (and don't tell anyone but it does sometimes rain in France), we genuinely have the indoor space for you all to relax and eat all-together! Our outdoor seating options allow for cosy 'dinner for 2' or a 'banquet for 22+'.

The indoor living space includes a huge salon and dining space - great for keeping cool in the hotter months or for a great family space during cooler months. At one end there is a very popular snooker table, there’s also a dart board, library, dvd library, TV, games and blue tooth music system,

Off the living area there is a well equipped kitchen, with two ovens, a gas hob, fridges, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, high-chair.

Just outside there is a wonderful covered terrace, which provides a shady spot for al-fresco dining. Then just around the corner on the large terrace overlooking the pool, there’s a further large table for dining and close by there are a couple of BBQs.

In the garden you will find a table tennis table, a badminton net, swing-ball, a large chess set on a terrace, giant jenga and 4 bikes for the energetic to borrow.

Amongst all of this there are plenty of quiet places to get away from it all and sit and read.

Then on the lower terrace there is the 12 x 5 m, salt-water, heated pool, as well as sun loungers to ensure relaxation.

The pool is heated during the season only (usually end of April to end of Sept). The pool terrace is secured by a gate so that small children cannot take themselves swimming!

When 10 bedrooms are booked so that Le Cottage is combined with La Grange - then you can also enjoy the little woodland garden at Le Cottage - which has two very comfy hammocks for shady snoozing.
